The animality of children is unconcealed. Reading makes them be more like humans. In the beginning, children treated the book as an object — they took it, throw it, taste it. Later, they learned the rules and orders, “read” page by page. What they are reading now and before? If the object, the book, is controlled by children, the reading process leads them to lose it. In other words, though children seem to immerse in the book, it begins to control their thoughts. Do we own much more than before? Or just represent how little we could know?
